Authorized Service Centre
We are the authorized and certified Service Centre for various brands of document scanners for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
This authorization gives us the responsibility to follow strict SLA rules outlined by the manufacturers of document and book scanners. Furthermore, we place great emphasis on the number of service technicians related to the number of installed devices, and their in-depth training. We are also required to keep an inventory of replacement parts and consumables for the installed equipment, as well as maintaining thorough and detailed service call records.
On-site servis
- Technician site visit within 2 working days in Czechia (Slovakia plus 1 day)
- Replacement of consumables once a year (inspection, complete maintenance and diagnostics of the device) at the installation site, replacement parts and service included
- Phone and service support in Czech language is available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Replacement device available
Kodak replacement
- Three-year Advanced Unit Replacement Warranty Kodak Alaris (AUR)
- We will register the scanner for you
- Phone and service support in Czech language is available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Scanner replacement within 2 - 5 working days (depending on scanner type)
- AUR only applies to Departmental and Low-volume scanners up to the i2085f model
How we helped our clients
SW delivery, Document scanners
In 2014, we started cooperation with ČÚZK for the delivery and service of Kodak Alaris scanning technologies for all cadastral offices in the Czech Republic. With increasing processing demands and the development of new applications, we then replaced the existing scanners with the new Kodak Alaris i3200 and S2050 series in 2019. The delivery also included Kodak Capture Pro scanning software, including the required customizations.
